• Content for a small, basic website (5-7 basic pages — such as About Us, Contact Us, and a few information pages) — $1,500-$5,000
• Sales page that directly sells a product or service — $1,000-$10,000
• Subscription/order page with focus on benefits the prospect will experience once they complete the transaction — $500-$5,000
• Basic information page (such as About Us) — $300-$500
Email Marketing:
• Sales emails that drive prospects to sales and/or order pages —
short (1-2 pages of content) — $500-$750;
long (3-4 pages) — $1,000-$2,000
• Autoresponder series of follow-up emails, usually a set of 3, 5, or 7 (1-2 pages of content each) — $200-$500 per email
• E-letters from you to your customers — $200-500 per email
Newsletters:
• Monthly newsletter (2-4 pages of content, digital or print) — $750-$1,000
Articles/Blogs:
• Articles (generally 400-1,000 words) — $250-$500
• Small blog posts (generally 100-300 words) — $100-$200
Press Releases:
• Usually 1-2 pages — $350-$500
Case Studies/Success Stories:
• Usually 1-2 pages that shows how your product or service solved a problem, includes an interview with one of your customers/clients — $1,500-$2,500
White Papers/Special Reports (typically 6-8 pages explaining a new or better solution to a problem) :
• Technical White Paper — $3,500-$6,500
• Professional Services Special Report — $2,500-$4,000
Video:
• Video Script — $100-$150 per scripted minute
• Video Sales Letter — $2,000-$10,000
DIRECT MAIL
Sales Letter (1-2 pages of copy) — $1,000-$2,500
Postcard (concept and copy) — $500-$750
SOCIAL MEDIA
My fees for social media campaign management are based on the level of activity that you want. For Facebook/Twitter campaigns, my fees are:
Premium: The premium monthly plan is $1,500-$2,000 per month for 100 Facebook wall posts AND 100 tweets (200 total posts), routine maintenance for up to 5 profiles, and response to fan/follow/friend requests and direct messaging.
Advanced: The advanced monthly plan is $750-$1,000 per month for daily Facebook wall posts AND tweets (60 total posts), routine maintenance for up to 3 profiles, and response to fan/follow/friend requests and direct messaging.
Basic: The basic monthly plan is $500 per month for daily Facebook wall posts or tweets (30 total posts), routine maintenance, and response to fan/follow/friend requests and direct messaging.
Minimalist: The minimalist monthly plan is $200 per month for 10 Facebook wall posts or tweets, routine maintenance, and response to fan/follow/friend requests and direct messaging.
Other Fees:
• My one-time fee for the initial setup of a profile on a social media platform, to include 300 words or less of content for the About section, a cover and profile photo (provided by you), setting up basic graphics and links, and your first two posts is $500.
• Additional fees will apply if I am to manage additional social media platforms.
These listed fees are guidelines, and the investment for your particular project may differ once I consider your specific needs.
